Lawmind assists licensed practitioners. It does not practise law, and it does not take the pen out of your hand.
Who Lawmind is for
Lawmind is a research and drafting tool for licensed legal practitioners. It is not a legal advice service, it does not advise members of the public, and it does not hold itself out as a lawyer. Its output is never to be presented to a client as advice from Lawmind.
You verify before you file
Lawmind verifies every citation it shows you and tells you plainly when it could not. That does not transfer professional responsibility. The document you sign is yours, and reading it before filing remains your duty as a practitioner.
AI assistance, consented once
Lawmind uses AI models to help with research, summarisation and drafting. You accept this once, explicitly, at onboarding — covering AI assistance, your duty to verify before filing, and the terms of legal use. Documents you export carry no watermark.
What we do not warrant
The law changes, sources contain errors, and automated systems miss things. Lawmind is offered without a warranty that its output is complete or correct for your matter. Where a citation cannot be confirmed, or where an authority may no longer stand, Lawmind tells you rather than deciding for you.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; the account is for one practitioner. Bar council enrolment is captured at signup and does not gate access while it is being reviewed.
Subscription and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
